We Do It All – Buy, Design, Construct
Being the holder of a Victorian Building Authority (VBA) registration, at Birkill we take full control of the entire development and construction process. We purchase the land, control the design and planning with in house architect capabilities and then complete our own builds with directly employed expert trades.

A brilliant run - a paper gain
With 6 separate sites under work across Lilydale, Mooroolbark, Kilsyth, Croydon and Ringwood East and 5 other sites in planning, we continue to put our heart and soul into all we do.
