Our sold out development of 13 townhouses at McComb St Lilydale was merely dirt and lots of plans only a few weeks ago.
Now we are firming up trusses ready for the Colorbond roof to be erected sitting atop our awesome traditional pressed Austral Nubrik bricks.
Once the roof is set, our Rinnai aircon and hot water Hume doors, hard wood floors, stone bench tops, Westinghouse appliances and Gainsborough locks will all stay dry and cosy not to mention the further security they will feel from Dulux paint and James Hardie external materials.
Mmmmm what an awesome team these names make.
